The wheels are in motion for the publication of the second edition of Remus, AUR’s literary journal.

Student editors along with editorial supervisor Professor Elizabeth Geoghegan met this week to make final decisions on student work (both written and graphic). The journal is due to be ready for the Communication and English Departmental Week’s student reading in April.

Meanwhile, capstone production students Rosi Mosca-Herrera, Sean Castle, Austin Jenkins and (myself) Kelsea Brennan-Wessels are working diligently as spring break approaches. Although we are finished shooting (aside from the usual pickup shots) it’s not all downhill from here. We meet every other week to look at cuts, give each other feedback and discuss the problems we face in post-productions. The editing program Final Cut Pro is becoming our best friend and, as Rosi mentioned, we pretty much will be living in the Multi Media Lab until graduation in May.

Reminder to communication students: Sunday lab hours will be posted after spring break.
